One thing I love the most is being a real estate salesperson in Ulster County. I started four years ago in 2005, each year in real estate I strive to work hard, learn more, so I can be the best agent for my buyers and sellers. In 2009 I was a two million dollar producer in sales.  My family moved here from the Bronx when I was seven years old. My parents bought a weekend home in the town of Saugerties which eventually became our permanent residence. At first it was hard to adjust because we had just come from the hustle and bustle of the city. It didn't take long to appreciate the beautiful area that I still call home today. Living in this area is breath taking. Everywhere you look you can see the beautiful mountain views, streams, century old homes that are stunning and take you back to when Kingston was our Capital. Today I reside in the quaint Village of Saugerties where I live with my husband and sons. Last year I concentrated on getting my Certificate of Completion in Short Sales and Foreclosures, Resort and Second Home Markets. I also received my Certificate of Completion as a  Accredited Buyers Representative. Although I had hands on experience in these fields the more knowledge I receive the better agent I become.  It's important to me to listen to my buyers and my sellers needs and keep them up to date with the current real estate market.
